From April 27th through May 1st, we spent the week out at Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch in Fort Worth, TX for the 2022 TSCA Texas State Sporting Clays Championship! As you’ve undoubtedly seen, Firebird Targets are the perfect match for shotgun target shooters, since Firebirds are the only detonating target fit on a clay pigeon! Other reactive targets won’t even go off with a shotgun blast, so Firebird Targets are quite popular with shotgun shooters.

We made things more interesting by sticking our Firebird 65BIO targets to some clays in the “Make or Break” cash game, letting everyone enjoy the chest-thumping thrill of blasting a Firebird Target out of the sky. Then, on Sunday, we gave everyone a show as we landed the Firebird Helicopter on top of the hill overlooking the event tent. Check out pictures from the weekend below!
